Board of Saianand Commercial approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 21 August 2015

Saianand Commercial announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 August 2015 inter alia, has considered the following:

- To Appoint Vipul Shantilal Trivedi and Nileshkumar Tribhovandas Kava as Additional Director of the Company and to accept resignation of Sumit Tukaram Chile from the Board of Director of the Company.
