Board of Schneider Electric Infrastructure allots preference shares to promoter company

Schneider Electric Infrastructure announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 August 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:- Allotment of 4,70,00,000 (Four Crore Seventy Lac) 8% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of the Company to Energy Grid Automation Transformers and Switchgears India, its Promoter Company.
