Board of Shivam Autotech recommends final dividend

Shivam Autotech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs 4.50 per share (45%) to the shareholders for the year ended 31 March 2014.
