Board of Shree Rajasthan Syntex accepts resignation of director

With effect from 12 February 2015

Shree Rajasthan Syntex announced that Amita Narain, Independent Director of the Company has tendered her resignation from the directorship with effect from 12 February 2015 due to some personal compulsions and pre-occupation.

The Board discussed the matter at their meeting held on 12 February 2015 and took note of the same.
