At meeting held on 09 January 2015
Shreeyash Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 January 2015, have approved the following matters:1. Approved the change of name of the Company to Nutricircle as reserved by the Registrar of Companies, Telangana.
2. Approved to convene an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of members on 09 February 2015 at the Regd. Office and approved the draft Notice thereof.
3. Appointed Hitesh M. Patel - Mg. Director as Functional Director and Ajaya S Shrivastava, Practicing Company Secretary as Scrutinizer for conducting the Electronic Voting for the Special resolution proposed to be passed.
