Board of SJVN approves buyback of shares aggregating Rs 801.47 cr

At meeting held on 08 January 2018

The Board of SJVN at its meeting held on 08 January 2018 has approved the proposal to buyback not exceeding 20,68,31,325 equity shares (representing 5% stake) of face value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 38.75 per share aggregating to Rs 801.47 crore.
