Board of Solid Stone Company does not recommend dividend

At meeting held on 30 May 2015

Solid Stone Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2015, inter alia, has not recommended any Dividend for the year under review.

Further, the Board also approved the appointment of Manoj D. Dewani as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.
