Board of Spicejet allots equity shares on conversion of warrants

At meeting held on 14 November 2014

Spicejet announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 November 2014, inter alia, has allotted 64,169,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each to Promoters of the Company, consequent upon conversion of equivalent number of Warrants issued on preferential basis.
