The Board of Srikalahasthi Pipes at its meeting held on 06 September 2019 has approved the appointment of X.J.J. Abraham as additional independent director with effect from 6 September, 2019.The Board has taken on record the vacation of office of Solomon Arokiaraj (Nominee of APIDC) as director of the Company, pursuant to disqualification suffered under Section 167 (1) (b) of the Companies Act, 2013. Consequently, Solomon Arokiaraj is ceased to be director of the Company.
