Board of SRS allots bonus shares

At meeting held on 29 June 2015

SRS announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 June 2015, inter-alia, has allotted 13,92,91,013 Equity Shares as bonus shares in the proportion of 1 (One) new equity share for every 1 (one) existing fully paid up equity shares to the shareholders appearing as on record date i.e. 26 June 2015.
