The Board of Stampede Capital has transacted the following -Accepted the resignation of Parthasarthi Prathipati, Executive Director of the Company with effect from 13 October 2017;
Approved the appointment of Gunturu Narasimha Rao as an Aditional Director on the Board with effect from 13 October 2017.
