Sujana Metal Products announced that the Management Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 19 January 2016 approved the following:- Issue and allotment of 9,95,60,000 equity shares of Rs.5/- each at par on preferential basis to Yalamanchili Finance and Trading Private in compliance with the terms and conditions of CDR package.
