Board of Suncare Traders approves bonus issue

At meeting held on 30 August 2018

The Board of Suncare Traders at its meeting held on 30 August 2018 has approved issue of bonus share in ratio of 1:1, subject to approval of shareholders at the AGM to be held on 28 September 2018. The Board has also approved increased in authorised share capital from Rs 6 crore to Rs 12 crore. The Board has appointed Rajkumar Chaudhari as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
