Swiss Glascoat Equipments announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following;

Resignation of Ambalal Patel, the Technical Director as the Director of the Company with effect from 01 October 2014.

Appointment of Tanmay Patel as an Additional Director of the Company.
