Board of Swiss Glascoat Equipments recommends dividend

Swiss Glascoat Equipments announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended dividend @25% (Rs 2.50) per equity share of Rs 10 each for the year 2013-14, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
