The Board of Vikas Proppant & Granite at its meeting held on 28 December 2018 approved the following -The Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 32,50,00,000 equity shares having face value of Re. 1/- each at the price of Rs. 2.50 each fully paid-up to Promoters & Non Promoters.
