With effect from 10 October 2014

Vimal Oil & Foods announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 October 2014, has approved the following business:

- Taken on record the resignation of Mahendrabhai V. Patel from the Post of Independent & Non Executive Director with immediate effect due to preoccupation in his profession as received vide letter dated 10 October 2014.
