The Board of Wall Street Finance at its meeting held on 22 December 2017 has reviewed the comprehensive scheme of arrangement between Spice Mobility and Wall Street Finance and Spice Digital and Spice IOT Solutions and SGlobal Insurance Advisory and Mobisoc Technology and Spice Labs, as approved at its earlier meeting on 03 November 2017 and has decided to not proceed with the scheme due to business and commercial exigencies and other considerations.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
