Board of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility approves waiver of final dividend for promoter holding

The Board of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility at its meeting held on 24 August 2022 has considered and approved to waive/forgo the right to receive a final dividend of Rs 0.075 paise per equity share @ 7.5% at par value Rs 1 each fully paid-up for the Financial Year 2021-2022 of the Promoter(s) & Promoter Group (s) holding 18,36,70,000 number of Equity shares of the company, as informed in the form prescribed by the Board of Directors of the Company.
