Canara Bank invites bids for sale of 29.99% stake in Canfin Homes
Canara Bank has published the invitation to bids seeking expression of interest of bidders/investors through duly appointed Merchant Bankers to purchase 3,99,30,365 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2 each constituting 29.99% of the Paid-up Capital ('Sale Shares') held by the bank in Canfin Homes (CFHL).
