Castex Technologies announces change in directorate

With effect from 03 November 2015

Castex Technologies announced that Board of Directors of the Company has appointed S.S. Verma as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 03 November 2015.

Further, Gautam Malhotra has resigned from the position of Managing Director of the Company.
