Central Bank of India announces cessation of director

With effect from 09 July 2016

Central Bank of India announced that Gurbax Kumar Joshi, who was nominated as Workmen Employee Director on the Board of the Bank for a period of 3 years, vide Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Notification dated 10 July 2013, has ceased to be the Director of the Bank w.e.f. close of working hours on 09 July 2016 consequent upon completion of his tenure.
