Century Enka net profit rises 142.89% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales decline 11.10% to Rs 321.82 crore

Net profit of Century Enka rose 142.89% to Rs 11.44 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 4.71 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales declined 11.10% to Rs 321.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 362.02 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 187.48% to Rs 62.93 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 21.89 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales declined 5.57% to Rs 1460.43 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 1546.60 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
