Chordia Food Products to hold board meeting

Chordia Food Products will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 3 September 2014, to consider the consideration of change in Marketing, Sales and Distribution arrangement, where under the present Brands owned by the Company will be sold to a separate entity, and that separate entity will concentrate on improving Brand Image and widening of Market both Indigenous as well as Export market.
