Clariant Chemicals (India) has concluded the sale of its Additives Business to Clariant India, a Related Party, on a going concern basis. The Company has received the consideration of Rs. 16.84 crore subject to normal adjustments. As on 01 January 2020, the Additives Business stands transferred to Clariant India.
