Colgate-Palmolive (India) standalone net profit declines 0.48% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 2.45% to Rs 1032.58 crore
Net profit of Colgate-Palmolive (India) declined 0.48% to Rs 142.58 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 143.27 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 2.45% to Rs 1032.58 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 1007.88 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.For the full year,net profit declined 0.64% to Rs 577.43 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 581.17 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 2.95% to Rs 3951.47 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 3838.06 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
