Computer Age Management Services has allotted 34482 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the employees of the Company pursuant to the exercise of Options under its Employees Stock Option Scheme 2019.

The paid-up share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 487910380/- to Rs. 488255200/-
