Conart Engineers announced regarding the decision of the Board as under:1. The Board of Directors of the Company, as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved:
- The appointment of Jitendra S Sura as Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years (5 years) commencing from 31 October 2014 and ending on 30 October 2019, subject to approval of the Members and Statutory Approvals required, if any.
- The appointment of Jimish Sura as an Executive Director (Finance) of the Company for a period of five years (5 years) commencing from 01 November 2014 and ending on 31 October 2019, subject to approval of the Members and Statutory Approvals required, if any.
2. The Board of Directors has also approved the appointment of Pooja Sura as a Woman Director (Additional Director) effective from 31 October 2014 on the Board of the Company.
