Coromandel International fixes record date for scheme of amalgamation

Coromandel International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved 29 May 2014 as the record date for the purpose of allotment of shares of the Company to the shareholders of Liberty Phosphate pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad and Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad.
