Corporation Bank announces change in CFO

With effect from 25 June 2015

Corporation Bank has informed BSE that in the meeting of the Audit Committee of the Bank held on 25 June 2015, R Natarajan, General Manager, Financial Management Division of the Bank, is appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Bank with effect from 25 June 2015 vice Paramasivam, General Manager.
