Dalmia Bharat Sugar & Industries reports standalone net loss of Rs 12.56 crore in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 12.60% to Rs 481.15 crore

Net loss of Dalmia Bharat Sugar & Industries reported to Rs 12.56 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against net profit of Rs 39.11 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 12.60% to Rs 481.15 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 427.32 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit declined 28.20% to Rs 134.10 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 186.77 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 32.88% to Rs 2240.28 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 1686.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
