Den Networks allots equity shares

To affiliates of the Goldman Sachs Group

Den Networks announced that the Securities Issue Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 27 October 2016 has issued and allotted 1,58,26,039 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at the premium of Rs. 80/- per share to affiliates of the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. who form part of the persons belonging to the Non Promoter Category.
