ECS Biztech announces resignation of company secretary

ECS Biztech announced that Shailika Soni, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has tendered his resignation letter with effect from 23 July, 2019 and same was approved by board of directors and Dvijesh pandit, CFO of the company acting as a compliance officer with effect from 24 July 2019 till the time company appoint new qualified company secretary.
