EID Parry (India) consolidated net profit rises 23.30% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales decline 23.93% to Rs 3310.30 crore

Net profit of EID Parry (India) rose 23.30% to Rs 247.68 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 200.87 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 23.93% to Rs 3310.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 4351.92 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 1409.16% to Rs 520.81 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 34.51 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 5.92% to Rs 14314.42 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 15215.64 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
