Elecon Engineering Company consolidated net profit declines 54.94% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 30.41% to Rs 350.13 crore

Net profit of Elecon Engineering Company declined 54.94% to Rs 31.63 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 70.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 30.41% to Rs 350.13 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 268.49 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit declined 35.75% to Rs 57.63 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 89.70 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales declined 4.02% to Rs 1044.71 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 1088.46 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
