With effect from 28 August 2014
Electrosteel Castings announced that the Company has appointed the following Directors as Independent Directors of the Company for a term of five consecutive years with effect from 28 August 2014;Pradip Kumar Khaitan, Binod Khaitan, Jamshed Jiji Irani, Naresh Chandra and Bhaskara Nageswararao Mandavilli.
Further, the Company inform that Naresh Chandra, Director of the Company had vide his letter dated 01 September 2014, expressed his willingness to continue as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company which was duly noted by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 10 September 2014.
