Emami consolidated net profit rises 275.56% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 37.19% to Rs 730.76 crore

Net profit of Emami rose 275.56% to Rs 87.73 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 23.36 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 37.19% to Rs 730.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 532.68 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit rose 50.11% to Rs 454.70 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 302.91 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales rose 8.50% to Rs 2880.53 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 2654.88 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
