Federal Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Federal Bank announced that the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee, MD & CEO has allotted 7,04,624 (Seven lakh four thousand six hundred and twenty four ) Equity Shares with face value of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank to the Option Grantees upon exercise of stock options under the Bank's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2010.
