Fiberweb (India) standalone net profit rises 49.85% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 138.64% to Rs 42.74 crore

Net profit of Fiberweb (India) rose 49.85% to Rs 5.08 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 3.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 138.64% to Rs 42.74 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 17.91 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 100.70% to Rs 14.25 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 7.10 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 68.91% to Rs 104.30 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 61.75 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
