Ganga Papers India has appointed Ms. Shivi Kapoor as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company to replace the outgoing Ms. Richa Bajoria, the present Company Secretary and Compliance Officer who has resigned from the position with effect from close of business hours of 7 March 2020.
