GBL Industries announced the following change in directorate -

1.Resignation of Mayank Agarwal, Managing Director and Director of the Company with effect from 13 June, 2018.

2.Appointment of Shailesh Harivadan Prajapati as an additional director of the Company.

3.Appointment of Shailesh Harivadan Prajapati as a Managing Director of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
