GHCL update on scheme of demerger
GHCL announced that secured creditors of the GHCL in their meeting held on 08 July 2021 have approved the scheme of demerger of GHCL's Inorganic Chemicals and Textiles businesses.
The Shareholders and unsecured creditors had already approved the aforesaid scheme in their meeting held on 08 April 2021.
