GlaxoSmithkline Consumer Healthcare announced that Horlicks has nominated Patnam Dwarakanath as Nominee Director and Non-Executive Chairman of the Company with effect from 01 July 2018.Zubair Ahmed has decided to step down as Nominee Director and Non-Executive Chairman and with effect from 30 June 2018.
