Godawari Power & Ispat allots 24,80,000 equity shares

Godawari Power & Ispat announced that the Committee of Board of Directors has allotted 24,80,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 115 per share aggregating Rs 31 crore to promoters / persons acting in concert with promoters of the Company on 21 March 2017.Consequently, the paid up capital has increased to 3,52,36,247 equity shares and promoter shareholding has increased to 67.3620%.
