Gokul Refoils and Solvent announced the following changes-- Resignation of Kapesh Desai as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer has been accepted w.e.f. 31 May 2016 after office hours and in his place Vijay J. Kalyani has been appointed as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f. 01 June 2016.
