Grasim Industries standalone net profit rises 35.72% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 18.38% to Rs 4394.25 crore

Net profit of Grasim Industries rose 35.72% to Rs 480.19 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 353.80 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 18.38% to Rs 4394.25 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 3712.12 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit declined 29.74% to Rs 905.00 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 1288.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales declined 22.98% to Rs 12386.36 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 16081.87 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
