Sales decline 0.76% to Rs 869.56 crore
Net profit of Great Eastern Shipping Company declined 57.51% to Rs 58.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 136.97 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 0.76% to Rs 869.56 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 876.22 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.For the full year,net profit rose 38.91% to Rs 1039.40 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 748.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 10.77% to Rs 3774.84 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 3407.97 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
