H.G. Infra Engineering incorporates SPV to undertake NHAI road project

H.G. Infra Engineering has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, H G Raipur Visakhapatanam AP-1 on 19 August 2021 as a special purpose vehicle to undertake the NHAI road project entailing the development of six lane Aluru-Jakkuva section of NH-130 under Raipur-Visakhapatnam Economics Corridor in the state of Andhra Pradesh on hybrid annuity mode.
