Hatsun Agro Product to hold board meeting

Hatsun Agro Product will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 23 September 2014, to consider the proposal for issue and allotment of Securities on Preferential Basis to select persons/entities on such terms and conditions and on such price not lower than the price to be determined by SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, subject to the approval of the members.
