Helios & Matheson Information Technology announces resignation of director

With effect from 26 May 2015

Helios & Matheson Information Technology announced that Suresh Kumar Rajasekaran, Independent Director had submitted his resignation from the Board and the Board accepted the same with effect from 26 May 2015. The Board placed on record its appreciation of the services rendered by the erstwhile director while he was on the board of directors of the Company.
